How do I create my login?
Register with your email and password. A 6-digit verification code lands in your inbox — enter it on the My account page to verify before checkout.
Why verify email before payment?
Verified email keeps order confirmations, delivery updates, and support replies on the right address. Resend the code anytime from My account if it expired.
Where are my past orders?
Sign in and open Past orders to review past seed purchases, totals, and delivery updates tied to your account.

How do I track my order?
Enter your order number and email on Track order. Status emails fire after checkout and when dispatch steps change.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Open your order on the status page and submit a support form for cancellations, delivery issues, or refunds. The desk replies during working hours.
When does confirmation arrive?
An order confirmation email sends right after checkout. UPI prepaid orders continue to the payment gateway; COD orders queue for packet packing once confirmed.
Seed packets
How are packets packed?
Seeds ship in moisture-safe foil packets so germination quality holds through transit.
What if a packet arrives damaged or wrong?
Report quality concerns within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. See our Refund help for eligibility and claim steps.
How should I store seeds after delivery?
Keep packets sealed, cool, and dry until sowing. Avoid humidity and direct sun. Use within the recommended sowing window printed on the packet.
Payment options
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI for prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible PIN codes. COD may include a ₹49 courier fee shown at checkout.
Do prepaid orders ship free?
Yes — UPI prepaid seed orders include free standard shipping. You are redirected to the payment gateway after placing the order.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes — we deliver nationwide subject to courier serviceability. Review the Delivery info for zones and handling details.
