Before we dispatch
You may cancel from Track order while the order still shows as awaiting dispatch. Once the packet is packed and handed to the courier, cancellation closes — use Refund help for post-delivery issues.
How to cancel
- Open Track order with order ID and account email.
- Submit a cancel request with a short reason.
- We confirm by email when the order is voided.
Money after cancel
Prepaid amounts for cancelled-before-dispatch orders return on the original payment rail, usually within 5–7 working days after confirmation. COD orders cancelled in time simply do not ship.
Our right to void
CityTribe Nursery may cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock failure after confirmation, or PIN codes partners cannot service. Prepaid buyers receive a full refund in those cases.
